Recruitment doesn't end when you arrive in Dubai. Our support does not either.
Before you travel
we make sure you fully understand the nature of the work, the household you'll be placed with, your compensation, your rest entitlements, and the full terms of your employment contract. Informed consent is not optional - it is your right under UAE law, and we uphold it.
Throughout your placement
your maid visa and all related documentation – including your Emirates ID, medical fitness certificate, health insurance, and MOHRE employment contract – are handled through our center, so you’re never left without legal status or support.

 

During onboarding
we help prepare you for life and work in Dubai. This includes an orientation to UAE customs and community standards, an overview of your legal rights and entitlements as a domestic worker, and professional guidance on the expectations of your role – whether you’re working as a live-in housemaid, a nanny, a caregiver, or a housekeeper.

Unethical recruitment is a real problem in the domestic worker sector - including excessive fees, misleading information, and inadequate support once workers arrive. We take a firm and deliberate stand against every one of these practices.


Here is what ethical recruitment looks like at Tadbeer Maid:

Under Article 7 of UAE Federal Decree Law No. 9 of 2022, recruitment offices are prohibited from charging domestic workers any commission or financial reward in exchange for employment. We follow this fully and without exception.

You receive complete information about your role, your employer, your salary, and your working conditions before you leave your home country.

Every placement is formalized through an MOHRE-approved employment contract that clearly outlines your rights, your salary, your rest periods, and the terms of your engagement.

You retain your own identification documents at all times. No employer or agency has the right to hold your passport or ID.

 Should any issue arise, you have the right to raise a complaint through MOHRE, and we will support that process.

    Once a placement is confirmed and your employment contract is signed, Tadbeer Maid facilitates your domestic worker visa, Emirates ID, medical fitness examination, and health insurance through the MOHRE licensing framework. All documentation is arranged through our center, and the two-year visa package is fully compliant with UAE regulations.

    What are my legal rights as a domestic worker in Dubai?

    Under UAE Federal Decree Law No. 9 of 2022, domestic workers are legally entitled to: payment of wages within 10 days of the due date; one paid rest day per week; at least 12 hours of daily rest, including a minimum of 8 consecutive hours; 30 days of paid annual leave; a round-trip ticket to your home country every two years; up to 30 days of sick leave per year; and the right to retain your own personal identification documents, including your passport.

    As part of the onboarding process, you will receive orientation on UAE customs, cultural expectations, and community standards. You will also receive a detailed briefing on your specific role, the household you will be working in, and your full employment terms. Professional training and skills development vary based on individual circumstances.

    I am already in Dubai - can I still share my profile?

    Yes. Whether you are currently in your home country or already based in Dubai, you are welcome to share your profile. Please include your current visa status and location in your submission so our team can consider the most appropriate next steps.
