We place domestic professionals in a range of household roles, including housemaid, live-in housemaid, nanny, babysitter, caregiver, housekeeper, and private cook. All roles are based in Dubai and facilitated under MOHRE-licensed employment arrangements.
Prior experience is beneficial and does improve your prospects, but it is not always a strict requirement – this depends on the specific household and the role in question. We encourage you to share your profile regardless of experience level, and our team will assess your background accordingly.
No. We do not charge domestic workers any fees for recruitment, placement, or any related services. This is both a legal requirement under UAE Federal Decree Law No. 9 of 2022 and a non-negotiable part of how we operate. Any recruitment service that charges you a fee to find work is acting unlawfully.
Once a placement is confirmed and your employment contract is signed, Tadbeer Maid facilitates your domestic worker visa, Emirates ID, medical fitness examination, and health insurance through the MOHRE licensing framework. All documentation is arranged through our center, and the two-year visa package is fully compliant with UAE regulations.
Under UAE Federal Decree Law No. 9 of 2022, domestic workers are legally entitled to: payment of wages within 10 days of the due date; one paid rest day per week; at least 12 hours of daily rest, including a minimum of 8 consecutive hours; 30 days of paid annual leave; a round-trip ticket to your home country every two years; up to 30 days of sick leave per year; and the right to retain your own personal identification documents, including your passport.
Yes. Live-in housemaid placements are one of the most common arrangements we facilitate. Your accommodation is provided by the employer as part of your employment contract, and the terms of your living arrangements will be clearly outlined before you accept any placement.
As part of the onboarding process, you will receive orientation on UAE customs, cultural expectations, and community standards. You will also receive a detailed briefing on your specific role, the household you will be working in, and your full employment terms. Professional training and skills development vary based on individual circumstances.
Yes. Whether you are currently in your home country or already based in Dubai, you are welcome to share your profile. Please include your current visa status and location in your submission so our team can consider the most appropriate next steps.
We remain a point of contact throughout your placement. If you have concerns, questions about your rights, or need assistance navigating a workplace matter, our team is available to help. For formal disputes, we can also guide you through the MOHRE complaint and mediation process.
Employment relationships are not always straightforward, and we acknowledge that. If a significant issue arises, you have legal rights and access to formal channels through MOHRE, including the ability to raise a complaint without incurring litigation fees.
